Job Summary

Veterans Alliance is hiring Aircraft Mechanics for contract-to-hire or direct hire opportunities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, supporting UH-60 Blackhawk Phase Maintenance operations. This position is ideal for Army-trained 15T (UH-60) mechanics with experience performing phase maintenance, flight control systems, and rigging.

Phase Maintenance and Flight Controls Experience – REQUIRED

2nd and 3rd Shift Positions Available Immediately

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform phase maintenance and inspections on UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters
  • Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of airframe and flight control components
  • Perform rigging and alignment of flight control systems
  • Ensure all work is completed per technical manuals and FAA/Army maintenance standards
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection documentation
  • Collaborate with QA and team leads to ensure aircraft readiness and compliance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of UH-60 maintenance experience – REQUIRED
  • Army 15T MOS or equivalent rotary-wing maintenance background – REQUIRED
  • Experience with flight controls, rigging, and phase maintenance – REQUIRED
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening
  • Tools not required – provided on-site

Schedule & Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $28/hr – $40/hr (based on experience)
  • Per Diem: Up to $1,520 weekly max (must qualify)
  • Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shift openings (start ASAP)
  • Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire
  • Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
