INTEG is a General Contracting Company that specializes in Mechanical/Plumbing construction, with more than 15 years of experience in the field. We are looking for a committed and experienced HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A project manager who oversees Plumbing installations in new construction and replacements in existing buildings. As a project manager, their primary duties are project planning and supervising the technicians throughout the build.

JOB SUMMARY:

· Project monitoring, supervision and planning.

· Supervise the personnel that Installs, maintains, and repairs pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, plumbing and sanitation systems commercial structures.

· Field experience with HVAC and Plumbing.

· As team leader project manager must apply techniques and soft skills to interact and manage company resources and a team of 10 technicians to successfully meet project schedule and milestones.

· Complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations at the project site.

· Prepare and submit change orders to the client.

· Prepare project site logistics plan.

· Prepare Daily Hazard Analysis.

· Responsible for managing day to day operations of the general contractor including the review and approvals of all payment applications.

· Pulling permits and requesting inspections with the respective cities.

· Review plans, specifications, submittals and other contract documents to create a job plan for the successful completion of assigned projects.

· Schedules and supervises all installation, fabrication and start-up labor on assigned projects.

· Effective manpower planning for future projects, including direction of specialty subcontractors.

· Perform job cost tracking and forecasting for final project costs.

· Procurement of necessary equipment and materials.

· Control job cost, closely monitoring necessary tasks.

· Perform monthly job cost reviews reporting profit status to management (WIPS)

· Maintain a professional rapport with architects, engineers, building owners, installers and suppliers.

· Attend necessary job meetings.

· Assures that contractual obligation has been met and that all close-out documents are submitted.

· Adhere to Safety Best Practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 3-year experience in the field.

· Must have knowledge in Plumbing and HVAC Installations.

· Must have reliable transportation and willing to go to jobsites in the areas we work.

· Language: English - Spanich
