Role: Technology Architect - DevOps, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Tools Migration and consolidation

Location : Multiple Locations (Denver, CO / San Francisco, CA / Phoenix, AZ / Sunnyvale, CA / Cary, NC / Philadelphia, PA / Weehawken, NJ / Westlake, TX / Bentonville, AR / Milwaukee, WI / Minneapolis, MN / Thousand Oaks,CA)

Qualifications
Basic

•Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks

• At least 4 years of experience in Design and implementation of Tools Migration and consolidation, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and Tools administration using one or more of the tools/technologies (but not limited to) in each of the below areas –
o Project Management & Tracking - JIRA, Rally
o Code Management System - SVN, GitHub, Stash,TFS, Clearcase
o Continuous Integration & Build - Team City, Bamboo, Jenkins, RunDeck TFS, Gradle,Cruise Control, Ant, Maven, SBT, Anthill pro, Crucible
o Repository - Nexus,Pro, Artifactory, Archiva
o Code Quality & Productivity - Sonar, Semmle, Blue Optima, Crucible, PMD, Checkstyle, JUnit, Jacoco, Clover, Coverity
o Content Management - SharePoint, Documentum, Docweb
o Test Management – HP ALM, HP QC
o Test Automation – HP QTP, Selenium, JMeter, SOAPUI
o Continuous Deployment - Chef, Puppet, uDeploy, Liquibase, CA Release Automation, Automic ARA, Ansible, XL-Release, Docker
o Team Collaboration - Confluence
o Cloud Computing & Deployment – AWS, OneOps, Azure

• At least 4 years of experience in workflows, data migrations, especially from SVN to Github, Jenkins to TeamCity and Artifactory to NexusPro, etc.

• At least 4 years of experience in Administration, Configuration, Performance Tune up and set up of Project Management & Tracking, Source Code Management, Build ,Deployment, Repository, Code Quality & Productivity and Test Management Tools

• At least 4 years of experience in Architecture, Design, Development and Implementation of Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), DevOps. Agile Project Tracking tools, Source Code Management, Test Management, Configuration Management, Build, Deployment and Test Automation Tools at Enterprise level

• At least 2 years experience in performing AS-IS Analysis of the SDLC processes, Identifying Gaps, Estimation and defining the roadmap to implement the DevOps solution

• At least 4 years of experience in software Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects using Java, J2EE technologies

• Experience in migration of Software Development Life cycle tools from current to futuristic tool stack

• Experience in writing scripts to build and deploy to server side environments and to automate logging of build

• Experience in managing the release processes, application health check analysis, keeping track of production metrics

• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point

• At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Troubleshooting, Analytical and Client Interfacing skills

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting and Global delivery environment that requires regular travel
