Crown Wireless, a leading authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless, is currently looking for dynamic Wireless Retail Sales Representatives who are passionate about mobile technology. The Role:

Our Wireless Retail Sales Representative are responsible for providing an exceptional sales experience by working directly with consumers, promoting mobile devices, and tablets, and reporting on our products, promotions, and on-site services. If you enjoy interactive technology, working in a busy environment, and can educate consumers on Cricket Wireless' family of products, then we want to speak with you

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Cricket Wireless, plans, phones, and accessories "The Best Value in Wireless."
  • Make Money meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals including; gross and net sales, accessory sales, rate plans, add-ons, retention goals, and auto bill pay goals.
  • Provide great sales and customer experience.
  • Help People Understand Cricket Wireless products, plans, features, and services.
  • Enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with co-workers and consumers.
  • Enjoy the Opportunity to Participate in outside marketing events.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • At least one year of experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
  • Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
  • Bilingual; Spanish speaking is a huge plus.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. Must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
  • Independent and self-motivated team player.
  • Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass background.
  • Must have a fully functioning smartphone on your first day of work.
