• $1/hr raise for each badge level received (4 available)
• Should be able to receive a badge level each quarter, so could be $24/hr within a year

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Top 3 goals for the position year 1

• Learn and master Urban Soccer Park components, parts, and kits
• Learn and master all machinery, tools, and vehicles
• Be fully certified on all the above and be able to train others

Top 3 desired skills/ability

• Ability to work independently and as a group
• Production and Warehouse background
• Experience loading/unloading trailers and at least hostling vehicles in a yard.
• No CDL needed but hostling experience would be a game changer

Career path:

• Long term, if want to stay in Boise - warehouse and operations, possibly sales
• If open to travel - we have opportunities on the Install Teams (Technicians, Installers, Supervisors) and open to backgrounds with detail oriented folks in fence installs, construction, turf installs - the key to advancement in these roles is willingness to learn Urban Soccer Park process and procedures on soccer field and turf installs.

JOB SUMMARY

Urban Soccer Park is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Production Associate to join our Boise-based warehouse team. This hands-on role is critical to making sure our fields get built and shipped with excellence. You'll support the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of production — from receiving and organizing inventory, to assembling field components, to preparing shipments that go out across the country.

What You'll Do

● Assemble and prepare field components with precision

● Pick, pack, and stage materials for loading fields into shipping containers

● Receive, label, and organize incoming inventory

● Maintain a clear, safe, and organized warehouse and production area

● Daily operation of hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment for production

● Achieve individual and team production and shipping targets

● Conduct regular inventory cycle counts

● Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What You'll Have

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Prior experience in a warehouse, production, assembly, or construction environment strongly preferred

● Experience moving and positioning trailers or yard vehicles a significant plus

● Past CDL, Forklift, or Hammer Lift experience is a significant plus

● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods of time

● Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
