This is a full-time Lead Nurse role.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for nursing and wellness. We're the antithesis of a traditional medical office or clinic, offering innovative wellness services in a collaborative and comfortable studio setting. What You Will Be Doing as the Lead RN:

  • Work with the General Manager to hire, train and manage a team of Restore nurses.
  • Disseminate policy updates and act as a liaison between the PLLC, the corporate team and the Eugene location.
  • Manage store nursing operations, processes, and procedures.
  • Budgeting, creating monthly medical revenue goals, medical supply ordering and chart audits.
  • Promote and consult with clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and intramuscular injection nutrients and our mild hyperbaric oxygen therapies.
  • Administer IV, IM and hyperbaric sessions.
  • Utilize blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness.
  • Manage the medical supply inventory and ordering process.
  • Document client visits via electronic medical records.
  • Assist staff with store services.
  • Participate in community outreach, off-site nursing events, and special projects.
  • Conduct continual nurse development and medical staff 1:1s
  • Leadership role/qualities
  • Collaborate on revenue goals and oversight of continued growth of the medical business
  • Collaborate with Restore Wellness Eductors to develop client-specific wellness plans.

Qualifications

  • You believe in health, wellness and longevity therapies and modalities.
  • You're a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
  • You have two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, or similar) and experience creating care plans.
  • You have at least one year of experience administering injections.
  • You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified.
  • You have leadership and management skills.
  • You embrace a team environment and also excel at working independently.
  • You believe that the client experience is second only to safety.
  • You are comfortable in a sales environment.
  • Excellent IV skills
