The Stockroom and Replenishment Associate is responsible for receiving, controlling, and storing merchandise in the stockroom, as well as ensuring continuous product replenishment on the sales floor in line with company procedures. The main goal of this role is to guarantee that the store always has the right products available at the right time, supporting an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily deliveries, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and the prevention of product damage or stock loss.
  • Receive, verify, unpack, and arrange merchandise efficiently according to stockroom guidelines.
  • Conduct daily and ongoing replenishment of stock on the sales floor.
  • Organize and distribute received merchandise following established stockroom procedures.
  • Support store colleagues by assisting with replenishment tasks and placing additional product orders as needed.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to specific store requests.
  • Optimize stockroom space to meet store operational needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment.
  • Collaborate in preparing materials and merchandise for store changes, such as new collections or seasonal updates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a retail sales or stockroom environment (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build genuine and trusting relationships.
  • Adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
