Job DescriptionCompany generated leads will be available.
Responsibilities:
Develops loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentation.
Build relationships with local and national referral sources from our leads and yours.
Prospecting and maintaining dialogues with sponsor groups, financial intermediaries, Bank Loan Officers, businesses, accountants, attorneys and other centers of influence. Develop and maintain a direct calling database of prospects.
Requirements (Must have one or more proven time frames):
Limited Commercial Real Estate originations experience (Minimum 1 Year)
Commercial loan Credit Analyst (Minimum 1 Year)
Commercial loan administration (Minimum 3-5 Years)
Bonus points if:
Formal commercial loan credit training and credit analysis is preferred.
Most have or willing to acquire a Real Estate Salespersons License on us.
Bachelor's degree: Finance, Accounting or Economics.
On-going company training provided.
Income is solely commission driven ($150,000 yr.). Some commissions paid up front.
