Our client, a next generation led law firm, is adding to its successful corporate practice and is seeking a Senior Corporate & M&A Associate with a minimum of seven years of hands-on corporate M&A experience in a busy mid-sized or larger practice. This role is intended for an attorney who has developed transactional judgment, understands how deals move from inception through closing, and values practicing at an elevated level within a disciplined, well-run environment.

The Associate will be deeply involved in a broad range of corporate and M&A transactions, including asset and stock acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, diligence oversight, negotiation of purchase agreements, and coordination of deal execution. The practice also includes substantial corporate transactional work such as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, operating and shareholder agreements, joint ventures, employment and service agreements, and advising clients on governance, structuring, and corporate lifecycle matters. Associates are trusted with responsibility, expected to think commercially, and encouraged to engage directly with clients.

Compensation ranges from $210K-to-$230K plus bonus, a % of originations, and a comprehensive benefits package.
