Foreman / Skilled Carpenter

Job Description:

Are you a master of all things wood and nails? Do you dream in blueprints and measurements? Premiere Builders, Inc. is looking for a talented Foreman / Skilled Carpenter to join our team. This position is a hands on position. We are a award winning construction company known for our high-quality work. As a Foreman / Skilled Carpenter with us, you will oversee construction projects, lead employees, and ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Coordinate with employees, project managers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
  • Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, siding, decks, installing doors, windows, and finishing work
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a carpenter in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
