About the Role:

Join a design-forward engineering and development consultancy specializing in marinas, waterfronts, and coastal infrastructure across the globe. Our multidisciplinary teams in Michigan, Wisconsin, Seattle, North Carolina, and Argentina collaborate on projects from the Great Lakes to the Caribbean and beyond.

We're seeking an engineer passionate about sustainable design and resilient coastal solutions to help shape the future of waterfront environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of harbors, marinas, bulkheads, seawalls, breakwaters, and shoreline protection projects.
  • Support projects from concept to final design, including cost estimates, schedules, and engineering reports.
  • Perform site evaluations, construction observation, and field surveys.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Coastal, Environmental, Ocean, or Structural/Geotechnical Engineering.
  • EIT or on track for PE licensure.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
  • Construction oversight experience a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
