Job Responsibilities:

I. Procurement & Supply Chain Management (Core Focus)

  • Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers in the US for flavors, fragrances, glycerin, nicotine, chemical reagents, and consumables (e.g., droppers, bottles).
  • Procurement Execution: Assist in following up on orders for external manufacturing partners in China. Generate Purchase Orders (POs) based on laboratory needs, track order status, and ensure timely material arrival.
  • Cost Control: Conduct price comparisons and negotiations to control procurement costs.
  • Inventory Management: Perform regular stock counts to ensure data accuracy. Oversee material receiving, inspection, and warehousing. Communicate with perfumers/ flavorists and technical staff to forecast material requirements and prevent stockouts.

II. Administrative & Laboratory Operations Support

  • Documentation Management: Manage and update all material-related documentation.
  • Equipment Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with vendors to schedule regular calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. (Future Direction)
  • General Affairs: Handle daily administrative tasks for the laboratory, including sending/receiving packages, purchasing office supplies, and other miscellaneous duties.

Candidate Profile

  1. Customer management experience: At least 1 years of experience in developing, Procurement & Supply Chain Management . Preference for U.S. locals or Green Card holders.

  2. Professional background and education requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in product sales within the e-cigarette industry preferred, and business-level English proficiency.

  3. Quick thinking and communication skills: Agile thinking, clear logic, strong communication skills, and result-oriented.

  4. Technical skills and innovative ability: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with innovative thinking and the ability to propose product improvement suggestions based on market demands and user feedback.

  5. Feedback and optimization capabilities: Required to sample e-cigarettes and provide feedback for optimization, with a preference for those who understand the U.S. market tastes.

  6. Technical understanding and professional advice: Knowledge of the structure and working principles of e-cigarette devices.

Team collaboration and communication coordination skills: Excellent team spirit, strong communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to use English as a working language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4, $6,500.00 per month
