  • Analytics Enablement Specialists: They design requirements for PowerBI dashboards and visualizations based on client and internal stakeholder needs. You'll also establish best practices for analytic tagging and ensure the accuracy of tagging and reporting deliverables.
  • Advanced Analytics: This team focuses on predictive modeling, including machine learning, natural language processing, and personalization.

About the Role

As a Planner, using your strategic prowess and creative thinking will drive the success of our client's marketing campaigns. You'll play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative multi-channel campaigns that captivate audiences and deliver exceptional results. Leveraging your expertise in marketing strategy and consumer behavior, you'll craft campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve our client's objectives with precision and impact.

You'll play a pivotal role in developing innovative, data-driven campaigns that elevate the customer experience and deliver tangible business outcomes for our clients. You'll lead the charge in creating multi-dimensional program plans and tactics that engage audiences across various channels, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer journey.

Responsibilities

As an individual contributor in the role of Campaign Planner, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with Insights, Account, and Creative teams to develop comprehensive omni-channel campaign strategies aligned with campaign and client objectives.
  • Utilize insights from both 1st and 3rd party analyses to develop and implement multi-channel customer programs that address key moments of need within the customer journey, focusing on core business KPIs.
  • Identify and explore new approaches, methods, and channels for effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Present Tier 1 and Tier 3 sales and service marketing strategies to clients for approval prior to development.

Audience Targeting and Management:

  • Harness historical data and insights to identify target audiences for launch campaigns and sales events, ensuring precise targeting and maximum impact.

Omni-channel Campaign Execution:

  • Lead the delivery of omni-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, web, mobile apps, social platforms, and other relevant channels to enhance the customer experience.
  • Development and implementation of campaign audience and channel journey workflows within the marketing platform, guaranteeing plans are executed as designed and aligned with client expectations.
  • Partner with the internal content studio team to ensure appropriate creative as being connected to the campaigns.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience Planning Expertise:
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Experience Planning processes and deliverables, leveraging this knowledge to drive campaign success.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Showcase a track record of success in managing client relationships and thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Educational Background:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, psychology, sociology, or related field, providing a solid foundation for strategic campaign planning.
  • Work Experience:
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years within the Direct/Email and/or Digital Marketing discipline, with a background in marketing/advertising, contributing to the development and execution of impactful campaigns.

Desired Skills

Industry Expertise:

  • Familiarity with the Automotive, CRM, and/or Media sectors.
  • Understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

Tool Proficiency:

  • Previous experience leveraging Automotive Insights: IHS Market, Mintel Reports and Trends, PIN Automotive Products, NVCS/NVBS and similar planning tools preferred.
  • Experience using consumer insights tools such as eMarketer, GfK MRI, and Forrester.
  • Experience using competitive insight tools such as SparkPost, ahrefs, SEM Rush, Comparmedia, and SimilarWeb.

Quick Learning:

  • Aptitude for rapidly grasping complex business operational concepts.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and emerging trends.

Business Consulting:

  • Ability to communicate analytics findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
