Hiring: Business Analyst 3 (ELECT)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst 3 to support ELECT initiatives by evaluating business needs, analyzing system requirements, and delivering high-quality Agile solutions aligned with enterprise strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate user requests for new or enhanced business products and systems

Analyze business processes, workflows, and system capabilities to identify improvement opportunities

Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for medium to large-scale initiatives

Lead requirements-gathering sessions including workshops, interviews, and document analysis

Translate business and system requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria

Collaborate closely with Agile delivery teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors

Track and manage requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle

Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies

Develop and execute UAT test scripts and actively participate in UAT testing

Ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business objectives and Agile best practices

Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst on medium to large projects

Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Proven expertise in user story writing, acceptance criteria, and backlog management

Hands-on experience with UAT planning, scripting, and execution

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
