Overview:

The Affiliate Success Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of MSP Affiliates and working closely with MSP Account Managers and Client Managers. The Affiliate Success Coordinator will take the initiatives in creating relationships with each Client Manager and with our Affiliates that will help in filling these open positions. This person will create an efficient flow of information to internal and external clients. This position requires that they will support the core values of the company while ensuring we are supporting our DV of Quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with outside agencies via phone and email. Balance between customer service and production
  • Communicate with Client Managers via phone and email. High level customer service and collaboration for problem solving
  • Posting jobs via email
  • Accepting and reviewing initial submittals packets
  • Communication between MS interviewing Clinical manager and Account Manager
  • Candidate job cycling through Pulse
  • Building and managing Agency/Hospital Work Orders
  • Accepting and progressing TS process
  • Managing Timesheet discrepancies between agencies, hospital, and MS payroll/AR/AP
  • Ability to manage a high desk level at a very fast pace
  • Working with MSP Account Managers and Placement Specialist by collaborating on candidate match to jobs
  • Ability to review and evaluate affiliates performance
  • Navigating third party software

Qualifications:
