About us
Domo Tactical Communications operates in fast growing markets offering innovative and robust wireless security products, leading-edge IP centric network devices, and C4I application software solutions, along with high performance wireless broadcast systems for all industries.
Our passion for innovation keeps us one step ahead in the rapidly changing and increasingly challenging environments within which we perform, whether on the battlefield, in the streets of our cities, or at the world's largest sporting events.
High performance IP Video, communications, and broadcast systems enable our customers to securely monitor, control, communicate, and share information with confidence in complex environments and in the most demanding situations.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to our GM, the Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the Sales team and Operations at DTC – North America, a global technology leader in secure wireless communications and surveillance systems. Based in our Ashburn office, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, improving systems efficiency, and enabling operational excellence across Salesforce.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll act as a key point of contact for sales teams in North America —helping to streamline quoting activities, manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce and help with the SAP transition. You'll also contribute to system improvement projects, playing a hands-on role as a Salesforce Super User and process champion within the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Helping to manage and maintaining the accuracy of product, pricing, and ensuring integration with Salesforce.
- Acting as the Salesforce Administrator and point of contact for North America Sales teams—resolving issues and enabling quoting activities.
- Producing regular and ad-hoc reporting for senior leadership teams.
- Driving system and process efficiencies across Sales Operations by contributing to ongoing Salesforce and ERP improvement projects.
- Participating in DAX and Salesforce Super User Groups to improve user experience and adoption.
- Ensuring compliance with import/export legislation and internal corporate governance standards.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, tech-savvy operator who understands the importance of clean data, clear processes, and responsive support in a high-performing sales environment. Confidence in navigating ERP and CRM systems (especially DAX, SAP, and Salesforce) and enjoy solving problems before they impact the wider business.
The perfect candidate should bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across departments and time zones. Whether it's troubleshooting a quoting issue or leading a systems improvement initiative, you'll get satisfaction from making things run better.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Proven experience with ERP and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce, DAX, & SAP) at an administrator or super-user level.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
- Strong IT literacy and a passion for systems and process improvement.
- Experience managing or supporting sales processes, pricing structures, or product data management.
- The ability to handle sensitive compliance topics, including import/export regulations and corporate ethical guidelines.
Benefits and Culture
Our culture is supportive and collaborative. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where we share our ideas and innovation is strongly encouraged. We are looking for someone with genuine passion for the job and a "can-do" attitude.
Enjoy working as part of a global organization with teams in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
DTC is committed to promoting a culture that supports personal development and embraces a diverse mix of employees throughout all levels of the organization.
