Seeking part-time FLORAL DESIGNER (**ready-to-go,** experienced Floral Designer: fully knowledgeable about ALL aspects of fresh floral arranging, care, maintenance, etc.) & retail associate team member.

Maple Grove Floral is a bustling floral and giftware business in Maple Grove, MN. We are creative, fast-paced, fun and our goal is to Create floral masterpieces to wow and inspire our wonderful customers. We are seeking *fully-experienced, ready-to-go Floral Designers* to become part of our amazing team.

Our work environment includes:

  • On-the-job training (our brand, computer system, etc.)
  • Casual work attire
  • Lively atmosphere
  • We are open 7 days a week. Team Members rotate between weekends to ensure all shifts are covered.

The ideal candidate for this position is a creative, passionate individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about floral design and can create beautiful designs for a variety of events. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in floral design and must have excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, clients & fellow team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Green Plants: Apply knowledge of proper planting and care techniques.
  • Fresh Cut Flowers: Create fresh, eye-catching arrangements.
  • Retail: Knowledge & a desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Opening/Closing Shifts as scheduled.
  • Be a team player.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
