You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Consulting with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Seeking breakthrough ideas through creative application of existing and emerging technologies
• Supporting the legacy MES platform while standardizing and improving it for long-term scalability and efficiency
• Designing, developing, and supporting solutions leveraging .NET frameworks, Azure services, and modern integration patterns
• Deploying, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based and on-prem solutions to ensure high availability for plant operations
• Collaborating with global teams to integrate systems and deliver value-added enhancements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET), database design and access (Oracle, SQL Server)

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Identity)
• Familiarity with modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), APIs, and microservices architecture
• Ability to assess emerging technologies and apply them to solve business challenges
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools for .NET applications (e.g., NUnit/MSTest, Postman, Azure DevOps test plans)
• Working knowledge of secure coding standards and application security testing tools (e.g., Checkmarx)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean principles
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and aligning technology with business goals

The starting annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 – $130,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
