As the Mortgage Loan Closing Specialist, you will act as the final checkpoint in the lending process, ensuring every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing closing documents while working closely with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, attorneys and borrowers to ensure every closing is timely, compliant and accurate.

Here's What You Will Do:

  • Review closing documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Resolve closing-related issues and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents, and internal teams
  • Initiate Wires
  • Clear any post-close requirements in order to sell the loan

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of mortgage closing experience or related loan operations role preferred
  • Experience working with corresponding lenders (UWM)
  • Strong understanding of mortgage documentation and loan processing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
