Overview Of The Role
- The Financial Analyst will support the creation and maintenance of recurring and ad hoc financial reports with precision and accuracy.
- Location: Hybrid to Chicago, IL 3 days in office Tuesday, Thursday & one flex day in office, the rest remote
- Salary range $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills.

What You'll Do At C.A. Fortune
- Assist in forecasting updates and variance analysis to help guide business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers to help update the forecast.
- Present findings and insights to leadership ranging from Directors to Executives.
- Help develop and refine financial models and tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Proactively identify financial trends and key performance indicators.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Should Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field required.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through formal roles such as team captain, club officer, project lead, or committee chair required.
- Internship or academic project experience in financial analysis or business strategy is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think critically and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
