HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION

The Marketing Coordinator supports the fulfillment and implementation of marketing programs to support the Sales Team's efforts to generate revenue, raise awareness and attendance for the organization. This position reports to the Director of Call Center Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provides support to the Sales Team with the fulfillment.
• Maintains specialized databases, scheduling systems, records, and files.
• Works with clients in troubleshooting Reseller Box Office and Galaxy Connect issues.
• Maintains a variety of contacts to respond to inquiries and requests.
• Submits and tracks design requests as required.
• Assists with implementation of sales activities and programs.
• Composes routine correspondence.
• Arranges meetings and takes minutes as required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidate will be reporting on-site at the Mission Valley office, Monday through Friday, and some weekend events

to support the Sales Team by launching and maintaining premium products for sale on the website, assisting with maintaining databases, records, and files, and submitting and tracking design requests as required. Background in Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Galaxy ticketing system knowledge is preferred.
