- Lead to establish quality assurance for the Ledger and SDK products.
- Take the perspective of our users: Identify quality and consistency issues by running the full stack of products as our customers would do.
- Collaborate with software engineers to define comprehensive test plans for their components.
- Define test plans across components and products to test the interplay of features and products.
- Implement new test tooling and infrastructure to make software engineers more efficient in writing better tests and increase coverage.
- Monitor, track, and report on test coverage and identify quality issue patterns based on support cases raised.
- Raise awareness and educate engineers on quality topics.
- Participate in planning, analysis and design of the team's deliveries by bringing in the quality view.
- Following a collaborative approach that fosters, embraces, and insists upon diverse perspectives. We are a powerful team where everyone pulls more than their weight, where everyone matters and all opinions are valuable.
