Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable class A CDL Truck Driver/Aggregate Hauler to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of trailes , including end dump trailers and belly dump trailers to transport aggregates and freight to multiple destinations. Your expertise in route driving, load & unload procedures, and adherence to safety regulations will ensure timely deliveries and excellent service. This position offers an energetic work environment where your driving skills and commitment to safety will make a significant impact.

Duties

  • Operate a variety of trucks such as tractor-trailer,with precision and safety.
  • Load and unload freight efficiently with the specialized trailers.
  • Safely deliver aggregates and freight along designated routes, ensuring on-time arrivals while maintaining compliance with all traffic laws and safety standards.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle inspections in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety protocols related to transporting various cargo types, dirt,sand,gravel and scrap metal.

Experience

  • Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including route driving and delivery operations.
  • Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles and handling different trailer types such as end dumps, belly dumps and containers.
  • Previous experience end dump trailers and belly dump trailers is a must
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to trucking operations and cargo transportation.
  • Ability to perform detailed vehicle inspections and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) must be able to pass pre employment drug screen and clean driving record join us if you're ready to drive your career forward in a fast-paced environment that values safety, efficiency, and excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
