We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess an educated background in various roofing applications ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a hands-on approach to managing project tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain an open line of communication with customers at all times
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work while addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones achieved.
- Perform project completion inspections and provided office with project closeout documents
Qualifications
- Experience in various types of roofing applications preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
