Job Summary

Your expertise will help clients achieve their desired look while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and assess skin suitability for microblading procedures
• Perform precise microblading treatments using specialized tools and pigments, ensuring natural, symmetrical results
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols throughout all procedures to ensure client safety
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures and provide ongoing support for optimal healing and results
• Manage client records accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems, including consent forms and treatment notes
• Promote additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or body waxing to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and safety standards through continuous education and training

Skills

• Proven experience in microblading or cosmetic tattooing with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control, and sterilization procedures in a beauty or medical setting
• Background in cosmetology, esthetic laser treatments, or tattooing is highly desirable
• Familiarity with color theory to match pigments accurately with skin tones and hair colors
• Ability to operate EMR systems for maintaining detailed client records securely
• Competence in related beauty services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair threading, or dermabrasion enhances versatility
• Strong sales skills to recommend additional treatments confidently while prioritizing client needs
