About Us

We're a high-energy, 90s-vibe barbershop known for our laid-back atmosphere, clean cuts, fades, and premium service experience. Our shop focuses on quality, consistency, and customer connection — every client should walk out feeling sharp and valued.

We're looking for a licensed barber or cosmetologist who takes pride in their craft, values teamwork, and wants to build a loyal clientele in a fun, professional environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and line-ups
  • Deliver full service: greet clients, consult, cut, neck shave, shampoo, scalp massage, style, and rebook
  • Provide or learn straight razor and hot towel shaves (training available)
  • Maintain a clean and professional workstation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and conversation
  • Help create a memorable experience that keeps clients coming back
  • Support shop duties as part of the team

What We're Looking For

  • Active Barber or Cosmetology License (required)
  • Experience with men's cuts, fades, and grooming
  • Straight razor experience preferred – willing to train the right person
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, humble, and team-oriented
  • Able to work weekends during first 3 months while building clientele
  • A desire to grow your skills, income, and loyal client base
