Job Overview

Responsibilities:

We are a family owned cafe that serves breakfast lunch and dinner with a specialty in cookies We are looking for one person part time (minimum 3 days a week with potential for more days) to bake and fill in as cook and prep cook as needed. the perfect candidate is hard working, wants to join our family long term and understands the importance of learning and maintaining the quality of our recipes. must have experience. Must understand how to be respectful, professional and work as a team. The baker position is Saturday and Sunday 5am to 1pm and Friday as evening cook/prep cook 1pm - 7pm. Availability to cover other shifts is a plus. you must be experienced, fast and attention to detail is a must. Long term employees will be rewarded. Tips for back of house on top of hourly rate included.

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring high-quality presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.

  • work together as a team to help whoever needs during slower periods of a shift.
  • Only prepare food as directed by restaurant guidelines. No preparing outside recipes or changing recipes in anyway.
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations throughout all food handling processes. Must obtain food handler's license.
