Computer Support Technician

Sentinel is seeking a Computer Technician with hands-on experience in both imaging and basic support for one of our key customers. You'll be a key part of the site support team, assisting with the full lifecycle of computers, imaging peripherals, and some mobile devices.

In this role, you'll work directly with end users and the tech team, escalate complex problems, and ensure smooth operation of IT assets. Strong documentation and inventory management skills are essential. This is a contract opportunity based in Vernon Hills, IL.

• Prior experience supporting the maintenance and upgrade of hardware and software strongly preferred
• Reimaging experience preferred
• Ability to support Tier 1 calls
• Documentation and inventory experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills required
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude

Compensation Range: 

Computer Support Technician: $20/hr-$23/hr
