About the Role

We're looking for a part-time Operations Ninja— someone organized, thoughtful, and proactive who can help bring clarity and momentum across all corners of Warrior Sol.

You'll work directly with the founder to help drive strategic initiatives, manage projects, and keep the trains moving as we grow. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and can juggle multiple projects with grace and heart.

Responsibilities

Project manage workflows across website, sourcing, social, manufacturing, logistics, and ops

Maintain timelines, weekly check-ins, and priority tracking

Communicate with designers, devs, vendors, and freelancers

Take handoffs from the founder and move them downfield — from the 10-yard line to the goal line

Organize files in Google Drive, Notion, Slack, etc.

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, send summaries

Support research (vendors, tools, tech, market intel)

Build light decks, checklists, or project updates

Clear communicator, both written and verbal

Startup mindset: rolls with the punches and finds solutions

Quick learner with curiosity and initiative

Aligned with Warrior Sol's mission, brand vibe, and values

Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Trello, Shopify, Canva, etc.

Nice-to-Haves

Ops, project management, DTC, or social impact experience

Light design or copywriting skills (even Canva + good taste)

Experience working with creatives, freelancers, and developers

Compensation

Hourly Rate: Based on experience

Part-Time 1099 Contract — potential for full-time growth
