Associate Brand Manager

Our client, a leading consumer goods organization specializing in coffee brands, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting brand development, strategic planning, and innovative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Drive brand growth and develop strategic brand plans across our coffee portfolio, including brands like Chock Full o'Nuts, Kauai Coffee, Hills Bros., and Hills Bros. Cappuccino.
• Support new product initiatives from concept through launch, collaborating on positioning, packaging, and consumer testing.
• Analyze consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive activity to uncover actionable insights.
• Coordinate brand-related events, trade shows, and internal activations ensuring seamless execution.
• Manage brand assets and content across digital platforms and internal share sites, maintaining consistent branding standards.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in consumer goods (CPG), with a focus on brand management preferred.
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in syndicated data analysis (Circana/Nielsen preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
