Description of the Role

This full time/part-time job opportunity is for a Licensed Home Inspector at Pillar to Post - Imran Qillawala Team in Northern Virginia. As a Licensed Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties and providing detailed reports to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive inspections of homes, including external and internal components, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and structural elements
  • Identify and document any defects or issues found during inspections
  • Interact professionally with clients and address any questions or concerns they may have
  • Deliver accurate and detailed inspection reports within a timely manner
Requirements
  • Valid and up-to-date Home Inspector License
  • Prior experience as a Home Inspector is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of residential codes and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
  • Good communication and customer service abilities
