About the Role

Our client is seeking a Temporary Scanning Clerk to support a short-term project involving digitizing physical records. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare physical files for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, and other fasteners.
  • Scan documents into the electronic records system.
  • Handle boxes of files (light lifting required; assistance will be provided for moving boxes).
  • Maintain accuracy and organization throughout the scanning process.

Requirements

  • Ability to work on-site at the Manhattan office.
  • Comfortable with basic office equipment (scanner).
  • Reliable and punctual.
