We are seeking a licensed and experienced Water Damage Restoration Technicians to join our field team. You will be responsible for performing all aspects of water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation in response to water damage events caused by plumbing failures, storm events, and other sources.

In this position, you'll use your skills in water extraction, drying, cleaning, and restoration to bring homes and businesses back to their pre-damage condition. Duties

  • Respond promptly to emergency water loss situations.
  • Assess water damage situations thoroughly to determine the scope of work required for effective restoration.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance and company vehicle.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to extract water, dry out affected areas, and remove damaged materials.
  • Perform cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning and debris removal to restore property hygiene and safety.
  • Use construction skills to repair or replace damaged structures, drywall, flooring, or other building components.
  • Document all work performed accurately for reporting purposes and client communication. Document jobs using moisture readings, photographs, and job notes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with your Manager and clients during each project phase.

Experience

  • Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred; familiarity with water damage restoration, damage cleanup, and general construction.
  • Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools within construction or maintenance settings is desirable.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures including carpet cleaning techniques is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols related to hazardous materials such as mold is important.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in various environments while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
