About the Role

As our Client Service Department Head, you'll guide, inspire, and grow our Client Service Representative (CSR) team. This is a dynamic leadership role where you'll blend people management, client relations, and operational excellence to ensure our hospital continues to deliver exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and hold your team accountable for excellence.
  • Oversee all client service processes, ensuring our standards exceed expectations.
  • Drive client retention and referral programs while building lasting client relationships.
  • Play a key role in marketing, ordering, IT/phone systems, and communication flow.
  • Partner with leadership in weekly, quarterly, and annual planning to achieve hospital-wide goals.
  • Empower your team to master telephone skills, confidently navigate client needs, and champion our unique wellness standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven client service, specifically in a veterinary medicine environment.
  • Team Leadership experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Expertise in client service excellence, with a focus on exceeding expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Ability to complete tasks and processes successfully.
  • Passion for executing strategies that align with our vision, including mastering telephone skills, team coaching, and accountability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
