A leading Urgent/Immediate Care Clinic in the Little Rock, AR area is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join their team. ?? What You'll Do

This position specializes in Davis Series cervical spine X-rays, a diagnostic protocol essential to trauma and spinal assessment. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative care team, working alongside nurse practitioners and providers to ensure safe, accurate imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full Davis Series cervical spine X-rays, including:

    • Neutral lateral, flexion/extension lateral, AP, and oblique views

  • Ensure accurate positioning, immobilization, and image quality

  • Confirm imaging protocols and physician orders for spine/trauma patients

  • Collaborate closely with providers to support clinical decisions

  • Evaluate images before releasing the patient to ensure diagnostic quality

  • Document records in PACS/EMR and uphold ALARA and radiation safety guidelines

  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care—especially for those in pain or with limited mobility

?? What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

  • Minimum 1 year of experience, ideally in trauma or spine-related imaging

  • Expertise in spinal anatomy, radiographic positioning, and safety protocols

Required Certifications:

  • ARRT-R (Radiography)

  • MRT (Medical Radiologic Technologist License)

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – current or within 30 days of hire
