Sales Representative – Concrete Services

We are a fast-growing concrete company looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This position focuses on door-to-door outreach and following up with company-provided leads. The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, and driven to meet sales goals.

Compensation: pay can be negotiable

  • Commission-based: $500–$1,500 per project sold
  • Monthly earning potential: $2,000–$6,000+ (based on performance)
  • Weekly/Monthly bonuses available for top performers

Responsibilities:

  • Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to generate interest
  • Follow up on company-provided leads and convert into customers
  • Explain services clearly and professionally to homeowners and businesses
  • Track sales activity and report progress
  • Build lasting customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable with door-to-door outreach
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)
