Kelvra Consulting Inc. is seeking a
Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to support the deployment of a major healthcare system across multiple VA sites. This role requires strong clinical operations expertise, workflow optimization skills, and the ability to collaborate with clinicians and technical teams during high-impact EHR/health system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the
  clinical operations SME
  during healthcare system deployments.
• Ensure clinical workflows, documentation, and system configurations align with real-world practice.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide guidance to clinical end-users.
• Act as a
  bridge between clinical teams and technical teams
  .
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support
  change management
  , communication, and stakeholder alignment across multiple VA deployment sites.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare or related clinical/technical discipline
• (OR 8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree)
• 4+ years of professional clinical/health IT experience
• Ability to travel up to 70%
• Experience assessing clinical processes, developing/refining workflows, and supporting clinical information systems (EHR, CPOE, CDS, etc.)
• Ability to work independently

• Experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR)
