West Coast Channel Manager
to join the their team

About the Role:

We're expanding our channel ecosystem and are looking for an experienced, relationship-driven
West Coast Channel Sales Manager
to build, grow, and enable strategic reseller, MSP, and distributor partnerships across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow channel revenue for the West Coast territory, driving joint business with VARs, MSPs, and national partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
  • Build quarterly business plans with top partners, focusing on pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and co-marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to execute partner-led initiatives and support field activities.
  • Deliver product training, demos, sales programs, and partner enablement workshops.
  • Manage MDF programs, partner incentives, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure partners are certified, engaged, and positioned to succeed in competitive network security opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner summits, and regional roadshows.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of channel sales experience in network security, cybersecurity, or related enterprise IT.
  • Strong existing relationships with major West Coast VARs, MSSPs, and distributors.
  • A proven track record of generating revenue through channel ecosystems and partner-led deals.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, competitive landscape, and channel economics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and account-planning skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the region (25–40%).
