Job Summary

Des Electrical LLC, a licensed and rapidly growing electrical contracting company based in Doral, FL, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential and commercial electrical construction, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with project management software such as Procore.

This role requires a proactive leader capable of coordinating field teams, clients, and contractors to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to plans, codes, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors to maintain smooth communication throughout the project.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Review electrical drawings, permits, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with NEC and local standards.
  • Supervise field technicians, monitor daily progress, and ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Utilize Procore for project documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Prepare and manage change orders, material takeoffs, and cost tracking.
  • Conduct site visits to review progress, identify issues, and ensure quality control.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on system design and implementation strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management within the electrical or construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Procore (required); familiarity with other software such as Bluebeam or Housecall Pro is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of NEC codes and local permitting processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Valid driver's license.

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
