Engineer III

The Engineer III, Plant will play a key role in the development and deployment of a global Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) template using SAP functionality. This position requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in maintenance and engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the CMMS global business template with SAP functionality for maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure detailed development and deployment of the Global CMMS template.
• Provide mentorship and support to local teams to drive world-class maintenance and engineering practices aligned with the global template.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance CMMS efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the template development and deployment process

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS implementations in SAP Everest and/or Maximo.
• Deep understanding of asset management best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple project goals and tasks.
• Experience in data migration, document management systems, planning and scheduling systems, maintenance-related cost accounting, and equipment calibration.
• Understanding of business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, and Master Data.
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance and engineering management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability to support the assignment based on operational needs.
• Satisfactory performance over the past 12 months.

Pay: $35.00 per hour
