Become a Customer Service Representative for a Private Airport.

Job Description: Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in our daily operations. They communicate professionally with customers and Team Members via phone, radio, and in-person to ensure accuracy and safety.

Duties Include: Assist customers with requested services such as fuel, catering, hangar space, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc. Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns regarding the Company's services or products. Comply with Company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, ramp, safety and security procedures. Communicate with customers via telephone, fax, face to face, e-mail, and radio. Invoice customers for services rendered. Receive cash, credit card, and check payments. Set up new accounts; maintain records and reports, and other clerical duties. Maintain and stock information, materials and amenities in the customer service areas. Maintain and balance fuel inventory truck sheets. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1) High school diploma or GED.

2) Ability to work flexible schedules, ranging from 7am – 9pm, weekends, holidays.

3) Excellent calculating skills and computer proficiency.

4) Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

5) Detail oriented.

6) Pass a pre-employment drug test.

7) Pass a pre-employment background check.

8) Have a telephone and reliable transportation.

9) Must possess a valid state driver's license.

10) Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

11) Previous customer service experience preferred.
