Qualifications & Experience

We're looking for a dedicated professional who combines education, experience, and heart.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
• 3–5 years of classroom experience with toddlers or young preschoolers
• Understanding of child development and ability to design engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills
• Calm, confident leadership in managing routines and supporting children's emotional well-being
• Meets all state licensing, background check, and pre-service training requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with child safety and classroom activities
