Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Vice President will oversee company operations, develop and execute strategic initiatives, and ensure organizational goals are met. Responsibilities include forging key partnerships, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing internal processes, and driving business growth. The Vice President will serve as a key representative of the company in client interactions and ensure alignment with AIERAC's mission and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including experience in strategic planning, team building, and overseeing business operations
  • Proficiency in web development technologies and frameworks such as React, Laravel, Webflow, and understanding of AI integrations and scalable web application development
  • Experience in sales, eCommerce solutions, client relationship management, and fostering business partnerships
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and client communication
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving organizational goals
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the technology, web development, or eCommerce industries is a plus
