We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious individual that is seeking career growth to join our fantastic team Silva-Markham Partners is looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager for our beautiful multi-family property located in Englewood, CO.

Job Description
As the Assistant Property Manager your role with be to assist the Property Manager in all aspects related to the financial performance of the property. The Assistant Manager will play a vital role in the delinquency and collection of rent to optimize the property's cash flow. You will also be asked to assist in managing all the phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing , maintenance, financial, administration and risk management in the absence of the Property Manager.
As the Assistant Property Manager for an affordable community, you will hold a key role in process recertification's and other tax credit information to insure the property is in compliance with the local, state and federal guideline for HUD.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not are not limited to:
· Establishing positive business relationships with residents, vendors, management, co-workers, and ownership
· Answering Phones and responding to emails
· Leasing and touring prospects in order to meet lender deadlines.
· Processing applications and Tax Credit paperwork
· Collecting rents
· Legal processing
· Monitoring maintenance supply orders
· Ordering office supplies
· Entering all traffic, application, move-ins / outs, service requests, and other activity into OneSite software daily
· Prepare Final Account Statements
· Conduct routine property inspections to maintain curb appeal
· Resident Retention
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
· 2 plus years in property management preferred
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail
· Must be computer literate with Outlook, MS Word and Excel
· High School or general equivalent degree (GED) required
· Able to provide own tools (hand tools and cordless drill)
· Must have a valid Driver's License and insurance, reliable transportation
Salary based on experience and perceived ability to represent Silva-Markham Partners in a courteous and professional manner.
