We're seeking an extremely reliable, detail-oriented Residential Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 3 years of residential field experience, a proven track record of high-quality work, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of residential electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and specifications accurately.
  • Install, repair, and upgrade wiring, panels, outlets, lighting, and service equipment.
  • Ensure all work meets NEC and local electrical code requirements.
  • Lead and manage apprentices, providing training, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Maintain strong communication with homeowners, contractors, and team members.
  • Demonstrate leadership, reliability, and professionalism on every job site.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company procedures and documentation practices with precision and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Current Journeyman Electrician License (WA STATE).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential electrical experience.
  • Proven track record of dependable, high-quality field work.
  • Extremely reliable and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of residential electrical systems, codes, and installation standards.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have a reliable phone for daily work and communication.
  • Must provide at least 3 professional recommendations (from past employers or clients).
  • Must pass a background check
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces.
