Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Roadway Project Manager
to join our dynamic team in
Indianapolis, Merrillville, or Lafayette, Indiana
. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in managing complex roadway projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage roadway design projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Oversee preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana required.
• 6+ years of experience in roadway design
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and related software.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
