Spectrum Youth & Family Services is seeking a Burlington Basic Needs Program Director to lead our Drop-In Center, Supported Housing programs, and Nightly Shelter. In this role, you'll guide a dedicated team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help shape services that provide food, shelter, hygiene support, and access to care for youth facing homelessness and other challenges. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, mission-driven leader who's ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of youth in our community.
This is a full time exempt position with a salary range of $65,000 – $80,000. We will accept cover letters and resumes until 12/31/2025, or until the position is filled.
