Job Summary:

The Part-time Patient Care Coordinator's job is to assist the doctor, providers, and management with the check in and check out process for all patients. You will be responsible for answering phones and scheduling patients for the providers. Have knowledge on all treatments and monthly specials offered. You will be expected to follow all safety regulations and ensure a clean and sterile workspace, participate in photos or video content to support the services you do on social media, and represent the company to build relationships with patients and make them feel welcome.

Essential functions:

Stocking Supplies

Assisting 5 Providers as needed

Running Alle - Rewards Program

Responding to Med Spa Leads - Inflow

Keep a clean and organized front desk/waiting room space

Phone Coverage

Scheduling

Special projects as directed by management

Educate patients on retail product and benefits of pre and post procedure usage

Checking patients in and out- consents, retention, POS

End of day protocols/closing the Medspa

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Symplast EMR

Physical Requirements:

  • The ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • The ability to climb stairs or ramps
  • The ability to touch, pinch, or pick with fingers, or to grasp, hold, or turn large objects
  • The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds
  • The ability to see near, far, or peripherally
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times

Travel required: None

Required Education and Experience:

  • 2 yrs. Medical Aesthetics
  • Understanding of Beauty Industry - Helpful
  • CPR Certified

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
