The Opportunity

If you're curious about various roles and want to gain exposure to different operationally rooted career paths, people, and skills, this is your role. Our Strategy & Operations team works across the entire Superhuman ecosystem. In short, this is an opportunity to learn while playing an active role in the daily operations of what makes our organization tick.

About the Role

The role is designed to give current college students broad exposure to operational and organizational skill sets. This role provides mentorship, hands-on learning, and access to projects across Grammarly.

In this role, you may explore skill tracks  — building foundational experience in such things as:

• Project Management – learn how to scope, plan, and track progress on cross-functional initiatives.
  
• AI Business Intelligence - work with our team to understand how we use AI to help us scale our tools not only for our internal use but for our customers.
  
• Internal Communications – craft concise updates, meeting notes, and announcements.
  
• Operations & Tools – master productivity platforms such as (but not limited to) Coda, Asana, Salesforce, Confluence, Slack, Workday, Coupa, Figma, Google Workspace. etc.
  
• Data & Process Enablement – gain exposure to light analytics, dashboards, and workflow optimization.
  
• Relationship Development and Management - build new relationships across the business and with the leadership team to be seen as a trusted partner.
  

The program is intentionally designed as a launchpad. We'd love to see successful interns jump into a full-time role  in operations, people, marketing, etc., within Superhuman upon graduation

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time degree-seeking program and in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree.
  
• Available for the entire duration of a twelve-week program
  
• Can collaborate in person in our San Francisco hub at least three days per week.
  
• Possesses excellent organizational abilities, perfect for managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Excited to learn, adaptable to change, and curious about how businesses run.
  
• Collaborative teammate who thrives in a fast-paced, modern office environment.
  
• Comfortable with tools like Coda, Google Workspace, Slack (or eager to learn).
  
• A creative problem solver with a knack for navigating ambiguous environments, ready to tackle unexpected challenges.
  
• Enthusiastic about solving business problems, with strong problem-solving skills to back it up.
  
• Passionate about AI and the broader technology industry, eager to explore and innovate in this dynamic field.

Compensation
The expected pay for this position is $30 USD/hour and may be modified in the future.
