Service Advisor – Jack Daniels Kia

Jack Daniels Kia is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor, as well as professionals with strong business and customer service backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Partner with the Service Manager to meet and exceed department goals
  • Stay current with product knowledge, service processes, and industry best practices
  • Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
  • Provide customers with timely updates on their vehicles' status
  • Consistently achieve strong hours per Repair Order (RO)
